We are awaiting an update from the government regarding lifting the lockdown and guidance for the holiday sector if your break with us is effected due to government guidelines and COVID please refer to your travel insurance policy in the first instance to find out if you are covered before contacting us.

If you are not covered by travel insurance you have the option to DEFER your holiday to a later date.

To give you the most choice and flexibility to change your dates with us at Shoreside, you can defer your holiday to commence on any date up to 31st December 2021. If the dates chosen are in the higher-priced season, you will need to pay the difference. If the dates are priced lower for the same holiday length, we are not able to refund the difference.  The length of your holiday needs to be the same or longer, we cannot reduce the rate if you choose to stay for fewer days.  You must confirm your new dates within 7 days of requesting a deferral and they cannot be held any longer than this without confirmation.

You can contact us with the request for new dates, quoting your booking reference number and we will endeavour to get back to you with confirmation of the change as soon as possible. Please also include some ordered preferred dates by listing the date you would like to stay and for how many nights. If your booking is not within the travel ban period it is not yet affected and we will be prioritising stays during this period first.

If you are in the at risk group who have been asked to self isolate until 22nd June we recommend that you get in touch and ask to change the dates of your visit with us.

Please bear in mind we are a small operation and we are trying our best to keep our small business viable through this most difficult time.
